Spreader Bars

Spreader bars are rigid rods with attachment points at both ends, designed to keep limbs apart at a fixed distance. They're commonly used between ankles or wrists, forcing the body into an open, exposed position.

These devices create a unique form of restriction—while movement may still be possible, the limbs cannot be brought together. This enforced openness creates vulnerability and accessibility that many find psychologically and physically arousing. Spreader bars can be combined with other restraints for more complete immobilization or used alone to create specific positioning challenges.

About the category BDSM Gear/Toys

BDSM gear and toys are specialized equipment designed to facilitate power exchange, sensation play, restraint, and other kink activities. These range from simple household items repurposed for play to elaborate purpose-built devices.

Different categories serve various functions: restraints limit movement, impact toys create pain or sensation, sensory deprivation tools alter perception, and insertable toys provide internal stimulation. Many items cross categories or can be used in multiple ways depending on the scene context.
