Negative areas

Negative areas are parts of your body that you prefer not to have touched, stimulated, or focused on during BDSM activities. Identifying these zones helps partners avoid uncomfortable or unpleasant interactions that might detract from your enjoyment of a scene.

These areas might be uncomfortable due to physical sensitivity, past trauma, body image concerns, or simply personal preference. You might indicate completely off-limits zones or areas that require specific approaches to be comfortable. Being clear about negative areas allows partners to respect your physical boundaries and focus their attention where it will contribute positively to your experience rather than causing discomfort or distress.
