Positive areas

Positive areas refers to parts of your body that you particularly enjoy having touched, stimulated, or focused on during BDSM activities. Identifying these zones helps partners understand where their attention will create the most pleasure and positive response during play.

When sharing your positive areas, consider including both erogenous zones and non-sexual areas that feel good when touched in certain ways. You might specify different types of stimulation you enjoy for each area (gentle touch, firm pressure, temperature play, etc.). This information helps partners create more satisfying experiences by focusing on the parts of your body where touch feels most welcome and enjoyable to you.
